Submit your inquiry via the booking form at the bottom of this page and we'll confirm within 2 hours. You can also reach us by email or WeChat directly.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept bank transfer (AUD / CNY), PayPal, credit card (Visa / Mastercard), WeChat Pay and Alipay. A 50% deposit is required at booking, with the balance due at check-in.

Do you offer airport or station transfers?

Paid transfer from the airport or train station is available with 24-hour notice. The nearest bus stop is a 5-minute walk, and free parking is provided for self-drive guests.

What is the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in. 30% fee for cancellations 3–7 days out. No refund within 3 days. Special circumstances can be discussed.

Is there a kitchen and laundry?

All rooms include access to a private or shared kitchen (stove, microwave, fridge, basic condiments). Washing machine and dryer are free to use.
